We are happy to offer an Exchange should you deem your Item(s) to be unsuitable. Please send an email to email@example.com outlining your concern within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will respond within 1 working day.
We are happy to offer a Free Exchange for another size if the Outfit(s) is sent back to us within a 7-day period from the date the parcel is received by you, the Customer.
To be eligible for an Exchange, the Full Outfit must be unworn and sent back in its original condition and packaging. Please take extra care when trying on your Outfit as we cannot accept an exchange for an item that is marked with makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or a scent to a garment etc. If items are returned back to us in a worn or marked condition we will reserve the right to refuse the Exchange and the goods will be returned back to you, the Customer.
To activate your Exchange, please send your online receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send a brief reason as to why you would like to Exchange your product and details of the size you would like to be sent to you.
Once your return is received and inspected we will inform you of the next steps.
There will be strictly no refunds on orders placed that require a 'Made to Measure' service.
RETURN POSTAGE FEES
The return postage cost will be the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if your Order totals a substancial amount.
